If you own a house one problem that you will surely have are pests.  Things like bugs, ants, and rodents always seem to bother you.But there are times that you will be fooled and think that they have vanished from your home.  Only to have them return a year later to bother you.So why did they return? Why have they returned and how can you prevent it from happening? That is what the purpose of this article is all about.

First of all in my pest control San Diego service I know certain pests aren’t year around. That is the reason why some pests bother you more at a certain time in a year than some other common house pests.  The reason being is some hibernate. And the weather can also prevent them from going into your homes. So let us look at some of the reason why it happens.

Ants would be the first house pest that we would look at.As you have noticed already the time that they usually appear in droves is summertime.  Doing ant control San Diego our company is extremely busy during the summer. We have a lot of clients that want their houses freed of ants. And as soon as the cold season begins the ants disappear.  The reason is because they hibernate in the winter. That is why they are so busy bothering you in the summer. They get all that they need when the cold season begins.  So you need to get rid of them before they hibernate or they will return stronger than ever the next year.

Rodents are another kind of pest that would vanish every now and then. They vanish when the weather is hot.It would make you think at times that your pest problems regarding rodents have gone already.  But what I learned running a San Diego mouse control service is when it is hot they don’t like to come indoors.  Mostly because they come in the winter to nest. So you have to kill them while they are trying to nest.

These two pests seem to disappear for good at times.  But don’t be fooled. You must exterminate them while you have the opportunity or they will caome back to bother you again next year.
